Delete your account and data

The publisher details of this instance have not been filled in yet. Set the "Publisher" section in configuration before making the service available to the public: an unidentified publisher is rejected both by AdSense and by Google Play review.

You can remove your Finasst account and everything stored with it. No explanation is required and nothing has to be requested by email first.

What is removed

The account itself, your email address and display name, every saved simulation and its schedule, your debt portfolio, and all sessions on every device. Removal is immediate and cannot be undone. An active Pro subscription is cancelled with the payment service before anything is erased; if it cannot be cancelled, the account is kept and you can try again.

What is kept, and for how long

Only server access logs, which no longer identify you and are held for the period the applicable law requires — six months in Brazil. Nothing else survives the deletion.

Sign in and confirm with your password. The account is gone as soon as you confirm.

Write to privacidade@finasst.net from the address registered on the account. We answer deletion requests within fifteen days and confirm in writing when it is done.
