We are not authorised by the Banco Central do Brasil, by the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários or by any equivalent body, because a calculator does not require it and performs none of the activities that do.

The results are estimates

Schedules, effective cost rates, penalties and projected returns are computed from what you type, using standard formulas. A real contract adds fees, insurance, taxes, rounding rules and payment dates that a simulation cannot know. Differences from an institution's own statement are expected, and the institution's statement is the one that governs.
