By using Finasst you agree to what follows. Read it before creating an account.
1. What this service is
Finasst is a calculator. It projects amortisation schedules, late-payment charges and investment returns from figures you supply. It does not lend money, does not intermediate credit, does not distribute investment products and is not a financial institution, a payment institution or a securities broker. Nothing here is an offer, a solicitation or a recommendation.
2. What the numbers mean
Every result is an estimate produced by standard financial formulas applied to the data entered. Real contracts include fees, insurance, taxes and payment dates that may not have been entered, and institutions round and charge in their own way. Check any figure against the statement of the institution concerned before acting on it.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you register and for keeping your password to yourself. Accounts are personal. You must be at least 18 years old to create one. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has used your account.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or circumvent the service, to extract data belonging to other users, or to present the results as coming from a financial institution. Automated access at a rate that degrades the service for others is not allowed.
5. Free and paid features
The calculators can be used for free, with a limit on how many simulations a visitor can run each day. The paid Pro plan removes that limit and the advertising. Its price, its billing period and how to cancel are shown before payment; it renews monthly until you cancel, and cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the period already paid. Payment is processed by Mercado Pago. Any purchase made inside a mobile application is processed by the store's own billing system under the store's refund rules.
6. Advertising
The free service may display advertising supplied by Google. Advertisements are marked as such and are not endorsements: we do not select, verify or recommend the advertisers, and any dealing with them is between you and them.
7. Liability
The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for financial decisions taken on the basis of a calculation, for figures that differ from those of an institution, or for interruptions of the service. Nothing in these terms removes the rights consumers hold under the law that applies to them, including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
8. Ending the agreement, and the law that applies
You may delete your account at any moment, which ends this agreement. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, after telling you why whenever that is possible. These terms are governed by the law of the country where the publisher is established, and disputes with consumers may always be brought in the consumer's own place of residence.
